1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, data you enter into Exsel, merchant-visible data exposed through the client UI or device handoff, approved external market signals, and usage data needed to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain Exsel, process transactions, send transactional emails, create Product-to-Profit decision packages, save package snapshots, and improve workflow quality.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payment processing, approved AI providers for decision assistance, and approved market-data providers where configured. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
4. Data Security
We implement security measures including HTTPS in transit, row-level database controls where applicable, and protected authentication flows. We never store raw passwords. Current public launch outputs are display, save, copy, download, review, and manual handoff rather than direct store mutation.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at admin@exsel.ai. You may also remove saved package data or disconnect future account links where those controls are available.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
